Welcome to Mug Senpai. By accessing or using our website (mugsenpai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using any part of our services.
Important: Before placing an order, all customers must actively confirm they have read and agreed to these Terms by ticking the mandatory checkbox during checkout. This confirmation is required by EU law and forms part of your purchase contract.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use this store for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt or harm the platform or other users.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display our products, including descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution, brightness, or device settings. Product photos may include additional props or items (e.g., books, plates, background models) that are not included in the sale unless explicitly stated. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and measurements before purchasing.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Pricing Transparency: The full price you’ll pay — including any applicable taxes — will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
By placing an order, you also agree to our Payment Policy, which outlines accepted methods, currency, processing time, chargebacks, and receipts.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

All products sold on Mug Senpai are custom-made to order. This includes mugs, T-shirts, tote bags, and any future merchandise added to our store. As made-to-order goods, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day return right under Article 6.228(10)(2) of the Lithuanian Civil Code. Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customers must contact us first with any concerns. In accordance with EU consumer law and GDPR accountability, we will respond within 14 calendar days of receiving your message. External dispute resolution (e.g., VVTAT, ODR, etc.) should only be initiated after first contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual Property
All original content on Mug Senpai — including our custom illustrations, product designs, branding elements, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Mug Senpai and may not be reproduced without permission.
We occasionally publish personal tribute pages referencing popular anime series. These tributes are fan-made, non-commercial, and published only as commentary. They are not offered for sale, and we do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property referenced in such tributes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not responsible for product damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow recommended care guidelines. For best results, we suggest hand-washing your mug, and washing your T-shirt inside out on cold with low heat drying, unless otherwise stated.

As an EU-based business, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any contractual disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
As a Lithuania-based business operating within the European Union, we comply with applicable EU consumer protection and privacy regulations. When selling to U.S.-based customers, we also observe relevant U.S. consumer law obligations.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, governmental actions, or pandemics.
11. Music & Audio Content
All music published on mugsenpai.com — including original tracks, character songs, atmosphere pieces, and downloadable audio — is original work created for the Mug Senpai universe. These tracks are provided for personal listening only.
You may not sell, redistribute, upload or re-upload to any platform, claim authorship, or commercially use any Mug Senpai audio without explicit written permission. Unauthorized commercial use will result in DMCA action and claims process where applicable.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
