1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.

2. My order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. What do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us with:
• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• A short explanation of the issue
• Your order number and the email used at checkout

We’ll work with our production partner to make it right, including arranging a replacement when applicable.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders are sent to production quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time is typically 2–4 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. You’ll see the available shipping rate at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Many U.S. orders qualify for FREE shipping. International shipping rates vary by product and destination.

Delays may occasionally occur during holidays, peak seasons, or customs clearance.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.

Shipping costs vary depending on the product and delivery destination and are calculated at checkout.

Many U.S. orders qualify for FREE shipping, while customers outside the U.S. will see their applicable shipping rate at checkout.

6. Will I receive tracking info?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

7. I made a typo in my address. What happens now?
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to correct it.
If it’s already in transit, we can’t guarantee an address change or refund.

8. What are your mugs made of? Are they safe to use?
All MugSenpai mugs are made from durable white ceramic with a glossy finish.
They’re BPA-free, lead-free, and safe for both microwaves and dishwashers.

Care instructions:
Dishwasher-safe, but for maximum design longevity, we recommend hand-washing.

9. What are your T-shirts made of?
Our T-shirts are printed on premium Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tees — soft, breathable, and emotionally dangerous. Most solid colors are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, while some color options may use cotton blends. We currently offer sizes XS to 5XL — because feelings come in all shapes.

• Ribbed knit collar
• Shoulder taping for durability
• Dual side seams to hold shape

Wash cold, tumble dry low, and don’t dry clean — your emotions can’t take it.

10. Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
Not at this time — but we’re working on it! If you’re interested in future collaborations or bulk orders, feel free to reach out.

11. When can I expect a reply if I contact you?
We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.

12. What sizes do your T-shirts come in? Will they fit me?
We print on Bella+Canvas 3001 tees — known for their soft feel and modern fit.
They come in sizes XS–5XL, and are true to unisex U.S. sizing.

For the best fit:

- If you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed feel

- Check your favorite tee’s tag for a comparison (most people find it similar)

- Most buyers find these not too baggy, not too tight — just right
