Payment Policy

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers to ensure a smooth and protected checkout experience. All transactions are encrypted and processed externally through Shopify Payments. Mug Senpai does not collect or store your full payment data.
As a Lithuania-based store operating internationally, we comply with applicable laws in Lithuania, the European Union, and the United States regarding payment handling and transaction transparency.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
We do not store or access your full payment information at any time. Payment data is securely handled by Shopify Payments, acting as our certified payment processor. Mug Senpai remains the data controller for transaction-related metadata (e.g., order records, email confirmations).
As an EU-based business, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal payment-related data stored in our records.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollar). You are responsible for confirming the final checkout amount before completing your purchase.
Payment Timing
Your payment is processed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be confirmed, printed, or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
Refunds or replacements, when approved under our Returns & Refunds Policy, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual timing depends on your financial institution.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details and available balance before retrying. We are not responsible for failed transactions caused by banking issues, incorrect details, or platform restrictions.
Chargebacks or Fraudulent Claims
If a chargeback or dispute is submitted without contacting us first, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases and submit supporting evidence to the payment provider. Fraudulent claims will be challenged in accordance with Shopify’s protection policies and applicable law.
Receipts & Order Confirmation
