Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All products sold in our store are custom-made to order and shipped from our trusted production partners via Printify.

Different products may ship from different fulfillment locations.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship primarily to the United States, Europe (EU and non-EU), and Canada through Printify’s regional production partners.
Orders from other regions may still be accepted, but shipping is usually more expensive and delivery times are significantly longer.


Processing Time

All products are made-to-order.
Processing time: 2–4 business days.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery speed depends on the buyer’s location and which production partner fulfills the order.
Typical delivery ranges:

- United States: Fast domestic delivery

- Europe (EU + non-EU): Fast regional delivery

- Canada: Standard international delivery

- Other available regions: Longer international delivery (often 10–30 business days)

Important:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand, carrier delays, production partner availability, or customs procedures. Actual timelines may differ by region.


Shipping Costs

United States

- Free standard shipping on all items

Canada

- Shipping rates vary by product and are shown at checkout.
(Delivery is available, but costs are higher than US/EU shipping.)

Europe (EU + non-EU)

- Free standard shipping on eligible items
(Other items may include a shipping charge, shown at checkout.)

Other Regions

- Shipping may still be available, but costs are higher and delivery times are significantly longer.
Actual rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partners using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Deutsche Post, or local equivalents.
Carrier selection is automatic based on the production partner and destination.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, we may request an additional shipping fee to resend it, or offer a partial refund depending on the situation.


Delays & Disruptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Holidays or peak shopping seasons

- Carrier disruptions

- Customs clearance (Canada & EU)
